I'lotliea von want, meaning thereby that
if plaintiff would accompany him to
the oil fields and make merchandise
of her virtue, she could by such
means provide herself with clothing
and other articles of comfort, plaintiff
says that such remarks, and sugges-
tions coming from her husband, show-
ing his willingness for her to lead a
life of shame which was so revolting
and shocking to her nature, that she
became faint and sick, and so humiliat-
ing to her, that she suffered fnentally
thereby, to such an extent that her
health became impaired from such
shock.
Plaintiff says that by reason of
the cruelties and outrages on the part
of defendant towards her, as herein
shove complained of, it is altogether!
insupportable for them to further live
together as husband and wife.
Wherefore she prays that the defend-
ant be cited in terms of the law to
appear and answer this petition, and
that on final hearing hereon, she have
judgment dissolving the marriage rela-
tions now existing between plaintiff
anil defendant, and that she have her
former name, to-wit, Carrie McClure,
restored to her, for costs of suit and
for such other and further relief both
in law and equity that she may show
ZJ! herself justly entitled to.
