You are hereby commanded to

Honorable District Court of
Matagorda County, Texas, at
the Courthouse of said county
in Bay City, Texas, at or be-
fore 10 o'clock A.M. of the
Monday next after the expi-
ration of 20 days from the date
of service of this Citation,
then and there to answer the
Petition of Otha Penn and wife,
Vivian Mayo Penn, Petition-
ers, filed in said Court on the
7th day of April, 1975, against
the unknown father of Anthony
Craig Penn, sometimes also
known as Anthony Craig Gam-
ble, a child, Respondent, and
said suit being number 21,810
on the docket of said Court,
and entitled "In the Interest
of Anthony Craig Penn, Some-
times Also Known as Anthony
Craig Gamble, a child”, the
nature of which suit is a re-
quest to terminate the parent-
child relationship. Said child
was born the 18th day of Feb-
ruary, 1961 In Houston, Harris
County, Texas.
“You are Informed that you
have a right to legitimate the
child by filing a statement of
paternity with the State De-
partment of Public Welfare
and petitioning the court for
legitimation, as provided in
sec. 13 01 (b) Texas Family
Code. If you do so legitimate
the child, you will have the
rights and duties of a parent.
If you do not take the neces-
sary steps to claim the rights
of a parent, the court has
authority to enter a judgment
which will forever foreclose
your rights In and to the
child.”
The court has authority in
this suit to enter any judg-
ment or decree In the child’s
Interest which will be binding
upon you, including the termi-
nation of the parent-child re-
lationship and the appointment
of a conservator with authority

Spring Fashion Show this com-

on March 25 at the Corpus
Chrlstl, Texas Naval Bass
Hospital. The lad, who weigh-
ed eight pounds seven ozs., Is
the son of Navy Petty Officer
and Mrs. Rick Garza.
Maternal grandparents are
Mr. and Mrs. Victor Garza,
Sr., of Victoria. Paternal
grandparents are Mr. and Mrs.
Manuel Quintanilla of Palacios.
