Notice is hereby given that the
Board of Trustees of the Palacios
Independent School District will
accept sealed bids up to 8:00 P. M.
Monday, July 13, 1970, for the
furnishing of gasoline and oil for
school use during the 1970-71 school
year. Bid forms may be requested
at the Superintendent of Schools'
office in Paalcios. The successful
bidder will be given a one-year
contract and will be required to
furnish and install a suitable under-
ground tank and pump to be in-
stalled by September 1, 1970.
The Board of Trustees reserves
the right to reject any and all bids,
j or to accept the bid they consider
to the best advantage of the school
district.
Given in pursuance of an order
passed by the Hoai-d of Trustees at
a regular meeting held on the 12th
day of June, 1970.

GREETING: You arc commanded
to appear by filing a written answer
to the plaintiff’s petition at or be-
fore 10 o’clock A,. M. of the first
Monday after the expiration of 42
days from the date of issuance of
this Citation, the same being Mon-
day the 10th day of August, A. D.,
1970, at or before 10 o’clock A. M.,
before the Honorable District Court
of Matagorda County, at the Court
House in Bay City, Texas.
Said plaintiff’s petition was filed
on the 6th day of October, 1969.
The file number of said suit be-
ing No. 19,896.
The names of the parties in said
suit are: JERY CALVIN CANUPP
as Plaintiff, and BERNICE WASH-
MAN CANUPP as Defendant.
The nature of said suit being
substantially as follows, to wit:
That Plaintiff has been a bona
fide resident of the State of Texas
for twelve months and of Mata-
gorda County for six months next
before the filing of this suit; that
Plaintiff and Defendant were law-
fully married on or about Octo-
ber 12, 1968, and continued to live
together as; huslband and wife
until on or about November, 1968,
at which time Plaintiff and De-
fendant separated and since that
time have not lived together as
husband and wife. There were no
children born to said marriage.
WHEREFORE, jPlaintiff ,pray
that Defendant be cited to appear
and answer this petition, that on
final hearing Plaintiff have judg-
ment of divorce, and for such other
and further relief as the Court may
deem proper.
If this Citation is not served
within 90 days after the date of its
issuance, it shall be returned un-
served.
