THE BAND BEAT
Hello, again! Did you enjoy the
holidays? We hope so. Well, two
weeks is a lot of practice time.
These people trying out for Area
State Band don’t seem to think so.
The 9th and 10th of this month
are the set dates for the Region
Band Concert. Ann and Julian will
leave for the clinic on Friday and
the concert will be Saturday night.
Is Shirley really efficient?
IWo’ll be getting our concert mu-
sic pretty soon, double “A”, you
know. Our older music is wonder-
ful for sight reading.
We hear the choir got a lot of
new members. Good luck folks!
Do you think six weeks test are
hard? Well, practice then.
I guess that’s about all for this
week. See you next week.
—Reporter, Aurora Gonzales.
