drove off without paying for
$17.50 worth of gas from
Palacios Drive-Inn on Feb. 13.
• Virginia Lee Hughes, 55,
of Palacios, was arrested at
1:55 a.m. Feb. 13 in the 400
block of Commerce and
charged with public intoxica-
tion.
• Israel Garcia, 38, of Ties
Palacios Oaks, was arrested at
1:08 a.m. Feb. 12 in the 900
block of Welch on a parole
violation warrant and charged
with public intoxication.
• Approximately $200 in
quarters was reported stolen
from a pool table at the Hide-
away Club in the 500 Mock of
Main between Feb. 10-11. Ap-
proximately $10 in quarters
and an unknown quantity of
beer were repoited stolen from
the same business on Feb. 9.
• Donald Ray Ressler, 40, of
Palacios, was arrested at 2:33
a.m. Feb. 11 and charged with
simple assault
• Thomas Diaz, 29, of
Houston, was arrested at 12:15
a.m. Feb. 9 in the 300 block of
5th and charged with posses-
sion of marijuana and evading
detention.
! • Marcus Gatica, 34, of the
500 Mock of 8th Street, was ar-
rested at 2:55 a.m. Feb. 9 in
the 500 block of Lucas andj
charged with public intoxica-
tion.
• An RCA VCR valued at
$150, a Vivitar 35mm camera
valued at $45, and three glass
window louvers were reported
stolen bom a residence in the
500 block of Welch on Feb. 8.
