NEW FARMERS
BRANCH PHONE
BOOKS OUT SOON
Farmers Branch telephone users
will begin receiving their new
telephone directories soon, ac-
cording to R. A. Eury, local man-
ager for Southwestern Bell Tele-
phone Company.
Eury said delivery of the di-
rectory dated November, 1965, will
begin tomorrow, October 22.
The new directory contains 140
pages this year with more than
9,600 listings in the aphabetical
section.
Eury cautioned Farmers Branch
telephone users to go through
their old directories to make cer-
tain all valuable items, such as
photographs, letters or even
money, are removed before the
old directory is discarded.
“We often hear from people
who lost something important be-
cause it was left in the old direc-
tory,” Eury said. “We would like
to see that nothing like that hap-
pens this year.”
Eury said delivery of the direc-
tories will be completed as soon as
possible.
