Three officers received promo-
tions and two employees were
made officers of Central Bank and
Trust Company in Farmers Branch
at a recent meeting of the Board
of Directors.
Richard W. Thomas was pro-
moted from cashier to vice-presi-
dent and cashier and was also
elected to the board of directors
and is secretary of the board.
Stephen T. Jordan was pro-
moted from assistant vice-presi-
dent to vice-president.
John A. Cook was promoted
from assistant cashier and audi-
tor to comptroller.
McLeod Stinnett was promoted
from loan teller to assistant
•ashier.
Mrs. Doris Vanhoose was pro-
moted from supervisor of the
bookkeeping department to assis- |
tant cashier. I
Thomas, who attended Union
College in Barbourville, Ky., is,
vice-president of the Fanners!
Branch Chamber of Commerce, a 11

Jordan graduated from SMU in

phases of operations. He holds a
graduate certificate in commercial
banking from AIB. He was em-
ployed at Central Bank and Trust
Co. in April, 1962. In his new
capacity, Stinnett will be in charge
of detail in‘the Loan and Discount
Department.
Mrs. Vanhoose, a resident of
Farmers Branch since 1959, has
had 12 years of banking experi-
ence. She has had a supervisory
position for six years. She is mar-
t ried and has six children and six
grandchildren.
