Dance Club is having their anni-
versary dance Saturday, May 29 at
Sandy Lake Pool and Park, Sandy
Lake Road, Carrollton.
Square dancing starts at 11 a.m.

p.m. Weiner roast at 6 p.m. with
all the trimmings included. At 8
squaring dancing will start again
and continue till the last couple on
the floor leaves.
The dance will be held in the
open air pavillion at Sandy Lake,
off Highway 35-E. Admission in-
cludes square dancing workshop,
ground entrance cost, picnic
grounds parking, weiner roast, and
prizes. Swimming will be at extra
cost.

The City Council of the City of
Carrollton, Texas, will conduct a
Public Hearing in the City Hall,
Monday, May 24, 1965, at 7:30
pjm., in compliance with a petition
presented by property owners
along the north side of Gravley
Drive. The Petition was a request
for the city to pave the alley along
this property and assess the abut-
ting property owners proportion-
ally for the cost. The alley will
extend from a point on Josey
Lane, north of Gravley Drive to
Perry Road, north of Hood Street.
All property owners on either
side of this alley are invited to at-
tend to state their opinion “for”
or “against” this improvement.
