Beta Sigma Phi Sorority’s an-
nual Valentine Dance was held
Saturday evening, February 12.
The formal affair, held at the Holi-
day Inn on Industrial Blvd., was
well attended by member* of six
chapters of Irving City Council and
t'heir guests.
A Valentine sweetheart from
each chapter was escorted through
a archway shaped in a heart of
red roses on white net with a
, nosegay at the crown of the heart.

i was carried out in table decora-
i tions.
The sweethearts were presented
i individually at the dance with a
sweetheart bracelet and tiarra and
carried red and white carnation
nosegays to commemorate the
j occasion.
The six chapters were honored
to have as their sweethearts;

tended Arlington State College.
He served in the United States
Army for two years at the Guided
Missile Center at Ft. Bliss, Texas,
| and White Sands Proving Grounds,
New Mexico.
