the Fort Worth-Jacksboro High-
way) commencing at the intersec-
tion of said Highway with the
Jack and Wise County line on the
property of D. M. Denison, et al,
and extending in a westerly or
northwesterly direction to inter-
section with State Highway No.
25, a short distance north of the
present intersection of the Jacks-
boro and Joplin public road with
said State Highway No. 25; and,
will on Friday, the 11th day of
July A. D. 1930, meet in the Dis-
trict Court Room at Jacksboro, in
Jack County, Texas, to assess the
damages incidental to the open-
ing of said road through any
lands owned by you, at which
time you may present to us a state-
ment in writing of the damages,
'if any, claimed by you and be
heard on same.
