The Refuse System Depart-
ment is drafted for a cut in its
budget from $144,770 to
$114,150 with salaries being
budgeted for $90,000 instead of
the $121,000 in the 1988-89
budget.
The Airport Fund will begin
the new fiscal year with a hefty
anticipated balance of $88,810
and be supplemented by bud-
geted revenues of nearly
$12,000. Expenditures for the
Airport Fund are expected to re-
main at the same $29,080 level
as in 1988-89.
A moderate increase in
expenditures is expected in the
Equipment Fund according to the
draft budget. With revenues
projected at $106,450, expendi-
tures in that Fund are tentatively
set at $105,840, up from the
$91,660 in the previous budget.
Fuel and oil will likely account
for the biggest increase, up from
$24,500 to $32,700.
Swimming pool
