scarcely be heard. I felt too that
to electioneer with each one sepa-
rately would be much more ap-
preciated than in a crowd. In
making the campaign you people
have been so very nice in giving
instructions, about the roads, how
to reach the next neighbor, and in
still giving another opportunity
to come before the people of indi-
vidual communities. We are
grateful for each kindness shown
and glad to do our bit in helping
you raise a desired fund. Glad
to note too that in each instance
those funds are to be used in help-
ing some worthy cause or society.
Some one said they thought if
this were to go on aother month
we would be fluent speakers. Not

As it will he impossible for me
to be in all the homes being han-
dicapped by having to work all
the time—I have been in the coun-
ty 39 years, voted ■ every vote-1
ever voted in Jack County—now I
am appealing to the people of the
county for a job and if you give
me the job 1 will do all in my
power to do my duty and each
and every vote that 1 get on the
26th of July will certainly be ap-
preciated. I have always been a
Democrat and voted a Democrat
ticket ; this is the first time T ev-
er asked for the people to help
me in any way and if you voters
