PSYCHOLOGY
Dr. Steve Brody__
Q. A viewer in King City
asks our central coast psy-
chologist Dr. Steve Brody
how much our attitudes a-
bout our health affect our
overall wellness.

that how we go about the
daily business of living dra
really got me down. I’ll try
to make up to you all little
people this week. Thanks,

she will die two years earlier
on the average than someone
of ideal weight, then the con-
clusion is obvious. We need
to take a look at our attitudes
and life styles and then do
something about them.
