The Nickeledian furnished music
bringing yuletide cheer to about 125
merrymakers Christmas punch and
decorated cookies were served
throughout the social hour*.

reached the 8th Air Force Base in
England about the first of March;
he finished his required number of
mLssions and the required number
of combat hours. He has the Air
Medal with three clusters; and the
DFC with one cluster. He Is to re-
port to Miami, Fla., for a rest and
reassignment.
After a fine Christmas dinner,
the family visited with each other
and recounted many experiences;
late in the afternoon a movie pro-
jector was set up and a movie of
Capt. Ground's battle pictures were
shown He had pictures of the
most of his battles taken by the au-
tomatic camera on his Mustang
fighter. The pictures with his hum-
orous comments were really inter-
esting to all.
It Is needless to say that Mr. and
Mrs. Grounds enjoyed to the fullest
this the happiest Christmas for
many seasons.

and son Ted of Lubbock visited her
mother, Mrs. Fred Henderson,
through the holidays.
Mr and Mrs. Farrell Henderson of
