Robinson-Sain Exchange
Wedding Vows February 23
Wedding vows were ex-
changed by Judy Lynn Robin-
son and William Terrance
Sain at 8 p.m., February 23
in the First Baptist Church of
Jacksboro. Officiating was
Chuck Gartman, music and
youth director of the church.
The bride is the daughter of
Mrs. Marcllle Robinson and
the late W. T. Robinson. The
grooms parents are Mr. and
Mrs. Bill Sain of Tehran,
Iran and former residents of
Jacksboro.
Pink carnations and white
gladlolas with baby breathe
adorned the altar centered
with a fan candelabra. On
each side of the altar were
spiral candelabra entwined
with greenery. Palms were
in the background.
The bride’s gown was
created by her mother and
fashioned with a vee neck
bodice. The bodice, collar
and short sleeves were of
re-embroidered Alencoolace
and hand beaded. The vee
inset and long gathered
sleeves, attached to the short
sleeves, were of silk organ-
za. The floor length skirt and
chapel train of peau de soul
were overlaid with silk or-
ganza. The teired veil of
allusion was held in place by
a headpiece of lace matching
the bridal gown sprinkled with
seed pearls. The veil was
made by Mrs. Grace Boas.
The bridal bouquet was of
Stephonis high lighted with a
Bible of Pearl from Jeru-
salem.
Serving as Matron of Honor
was Mrs. Chuck Gartman of
Jacksboro and bridesmaids
ware Miss Sharon Reagan of
Jacksboro, Miss Nancy Miller
of Brownwood, Miss Julie
Shackelford of Lubbock and
Miss Sandy Southerland of*
Denton. All of the attendants
wore matching burgandy
crape back satin empire
gowns with acoop neck and
long sleeves. Tiny covered
buttons trimmed the center
front and sleeves. Light pink
velvet ribbons highlighted the
raised waistline. Each car-
ried a nose gay of pink baby
carnations and baby's breath.
Surving as best man was
Gary Robinson of Jacksboro
and groomsmen were Mike
Robinson of Jacksboro, Bill
Tuner of Jacksboro, Larry
Williams of Weatherford and
Stave Johnson of Lubbock.
Music was furnished by
John Fields, organist, who
played several classical
selections. Chuck Gartman
sang “The Weddle Song*’
before the ceremony and “Oh
Master Let Them Walk With
Thee’’ during the ceremony
as the prayer.
Following the ceremony a
reception was held in the fel-
lowship Hall of the church.
The bride’s table was covered
with a white lace cloth and
accented by a silver basket
of pink roses and baby's
breath and silver candela-
bras. The wedding cake, made
by Mrs. Ida Mae Stark, car-
ried out the bride’s chosen
colors. Burgandy and pink
mints were served with nuts
and burgandy punch.
Members of the house party
were Mrs. Myrtls Leach,
Linda Hughes, Deborah
Fleming, Mrs. Edgar Pewltt,
Mrs. A. W. Gray, Mrs. Dor-
tha Reagan, Mrs. Robert
Peterson, Mrs. Mike Robin-
son and Mrs. Joe Robinson.
Delene Robinson, niece of the
bride attended the guest
book.
For her daughter’s wed-
ding, Mrs. Robinson wore a
formal gown of rose knit and
a corsage of white phtlae-
nopols with stephanotis.
Following a wedding trip
to Fort Worth Hie couple is
making their home at Apart-
ment 21 Pine Manor Apart-
ments.
Both Hie bride and groom
attended Weatherford College
and plan to attend the Univer-
sity of Houston where the
groom will major in Phar-
macy and Hie bride major in
Home Economics.

These students demon-
strated their projects at
open house from six to nine
p.m. Feb. 28 in the gym.
This was a most successful
Science Fair. There ware
many hours of bard work rap-
resented among the various
projects.
Government bonds will be
awarded at the Science Fair
in Wichita Fans.

On Honor List
The Dean of Instruction of
Baylor University has an-
nounced the names of students
on the Dean’s Honor List and
Hie Dean’s Distinguished Ho-
nor List for Hie fall semester
of 1973.
To be eligible for the Dean’s
Honor List, a student must
attain a grade point average
of at least 3.6 ona 4.0 scale.
For the Distinguished Honor
List, an average of at least 3.8
is required.
Among 405 students on the
Dean’s Distinguished Honor
List is Sharon Reagan, asoph-
omore from Jacksboro. She is
Hie daughter of Mrs. Dorotha
Reagan.

The family of S. V. Stark
Sr., Chairman of the Board
of The Jacksboro National
Bank, reports that he is mak-
ing good progress each day.
He is still hospitalised at
Harris Hospital, Room 812,

at Hie 48th Annual Banquet of
Jacksboro Chamber of Com-
merce will be honored with a

Chamber are urged to be pre-
