ing specifications, to-wit:
One new tandem driven diesel
motor grader, not less than 115
h.p., leaning front wheels, 1300
x 24 tires on both front and
rear wheels, with scairfier,
booster steering and oil clutch,
and - with twelve-foot mold
board.
Said proposals will be re-
ceived in the County Court
Room by Judge John R. Lindsey
until 10:00 A.M. on the 1st day
of March, A. D. 1957, at a spec-
ial meeting of the Commission-
ers’ Court called for the purpose
of receiving said bids.
2. It is the intention of the
Commissioners’ Court to trade-1
in one used No. 12 Caterpiller
Motor Grader, Serial No.
7 T 2674, upon the purchase
price of the new motor grader.

At Truce Home
Walter E. Dove, 52, died un-
expectedly Thursday night
his home in the Truce commun-
ity. Funeral services were con-
ducted at 4 p.m. Friday, Feb-
ruary 8 at the Truce church
with Rev. A. R. Bilberry offic-
iating. Burial was in the Truce
Cemetery with Hawkins Funer-
al Home in charge of arrange-
ments.
