which was held in the clubrooms
with Mrs. W. H. Russell, president
presiding.
A short executive meeting was
held, with Mrs. Matie Harrell ap-
pointed federation secretary and
Mrs. C. W. Ganter appointed
house chairman for the second
term. The discussion opened with
Miss Marie Arthur giving a talk
on “Words,” Mrs. Myrtle K. Short
spoke on Coleridge Life and
Philosophy and Mrs. Harrell told
of the writings and interesting
life-of Lamb. Miss. Mary Moore
closed the program with The Dis-
sertation of Roast Pig.
Entertaining music was furn-
ished by David Wright Starr, who
sang two solos, “The Sunshine of
Your Smile,” and ‘T Will take
Thee Home Kathleen.” He was
accompanied by Miss Elsie Wil-
liams.
