somewhat inadequate traffic laws,

Everybody who drives a car knows,
or should know, the proper man-
lier in which to park at the curb,
but just take a look. Any day and
see how many fail to observe the
proper parking angle. At least, one-
third more cars could be parked on
each block-if all were properly angl-
ed according to the white curb lines.
The city ordinance provides pen-
alty of a fine bf from $1 to $1® for
each and every violation, and Re-
porterman suggests that means be
takfen to" collect these fines. The
money could be used nicely to fill
up some of these spring-breaking
chug holes, pending the beginning
of our street paving program. If
