1st That the parties of the first cart have sold to the parties of
the aecownl nart the folow ing real estate situated in Kerr County, Tex
as, to At: Aboute eleven hundred acres of land out of surveys Joa,1 22
in tht v Ao of Thomas Copeland, No4 570 in the name of U.F. Bonzano,
and No. 802 in the name of M. K. York, being all of the aid three
surveys o wd by the PJties of the first part, asw<ll appear from the
. ~ records of Kerr C unty, Texas, to which reference is mde.
2nd. That parties of the second -part are to pay for the said land the
sum of nine dollars per acre for each acre thereof as shown by survyy
to be nad2 of same to to aid one fourth ash and the balance in one

payment at any time within the said six months, less seven per cent
