fied, was that Marshall attempted
to have Improper relations with

teat her underwear. She assort
ed that Stowe never knew Mur
shall until she pointed him out to
him on the sidewalk a few min
utes before the shooting.

"Marshall was standing on the

to him and began to shoot. Mar
shall fell after the second shot,
and Stowe came up closer and
fired the third time. One shot

entered the body, seemingly from
