NOTICE OF APPLICATION
FOR PROBATE OF WILL
The State of Texas,
To all persons interested in
the estate of Johanna Nagel-
mueller, Deceased, Frank Na-
gelmueller and John Nagel-
mueller have filed in the Coun-
ty Court of Lavaca County,
an application for the Probate
of the last will and Testament
of said Johanna Nagelmueller
Deceased, filed with said ap-
plication, and for Letters Tes-
tamentary, thereunder, which
will be heard at the next term
of said Court, commecing on
the First Monday in Septem-
ber A. D. 1927, the same be-1 (16f)
ing the 5th day of September
A. D. 1927, at the Court House
thereof, in Hallettsville at
which time all persons interes-
ted in said Estate may appear
and contest said application,
should they desire to do so.
HEREIN FAIL NOT, but
That
is the result of not dipping all
cattie. The Stafc law re-
quires all the cattle, horses
and mules, from ticky prerni
ses to be brought to the dip-
ping vat for inspection and
dipping. It is our duty to re-
port all violations of this law
to the county attorney for
prosecution. During the past
month one Lavaca County
stock owner paid a fine of
$39.00 for his failure to dip
all of his cattle. We sincerely
hope that we will have no
occasion to report any in the
future.
Very Respectfully,
R. F. KRENEK,
Supervising Inspector.
