Talbot that if he attempted to remove
any citizens, he would be terminated
Talbot did request that several of

cessful with the majority. At one
point, he was confronted by former
police officer Grady Patterson, when
he attempted to remove Mrs. Kath-
leen Bean. (Patterson is one of the
former employees seeking reinstate-
ment)
It was evident that Talbot was
uneasy about being put into a posi-
tion of having to ask the citizens to
leave.
Dennis maintained that the
question of the legality of the meet-
ing "puts one who patticipates in a
legal lability, and I for one will not
put myself tn that position.*
