Zamorano—Donaldson
marry in San Angelo

Southland BaptistChurch in San
Angelo was the setting for the cere-
mony uniting Miss Kathryn Zamo-
rano and John Donaldson, both of
San Angelo, in marriage. Rev. Terry
Cagle performed the double-ring
service at7p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 12,
#91.
The bride is the daughter of Jean
McMasters of Mesquite and Mr. and
Mrs. E.H. Zamorano of Irving. The
bridegroom is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. D.K. Donaldson of Crowley.
The bride, given in marriage by
her father, wore a wedding gown of
white lace and taffeta. The high neck-
line was fashioned of lace. The dress
had long sleeves and fell to floor
length. Lace insets embellished the
cathedral-length train.
The bride wore a fingertip-length
veil of sheer illusion which fell from
a traditional headpiece. For her bou-
quet the bride carried white silk roses,
lillies, and greenery.
Cristina F. Zamorano of Mes-
quite served as her sister's maid of
honor. Bridesmaids were Anna M.
Zamorano of Irving, the bride's sis-
ter, Kim Baker of Ozona, Jennifer
Kimbrow of San Angelo, and Char-
lotte Morris of Arlington. The bride's
attendants wore tea-length gowns of
emerald green and black taffeta. They
carried bouquets of red and white silk
roses.
Mike Rhoades of Crowley served
as best man for the ceremony.
Groomsmen wore Scott Anderson of
Crowley, Roland Zamorano of
Austin, the bride's brother, Steve
Puckett of San Angelo, and John
Cundiff of Texarkana. Ushers were
Charles Halsell of Campwood, Jon-
athan Davis of Abilene, and Donald
White of Odessa.
Jaime Vance of Terrell, the
bride's niece, was the flowergirl for
the ceremony. She wore a red velvet
dress.
The church was decorated with
candles, ivy, greenery, and white
bows. Vocalist John Cundiff per-
formed "One Hand, One Heart"
Musical selections included "Canon
byPachebel,” "The Wedding March,"
and various recordings.
For her daughter's wedding the
bride's mother wore an aqua green
tea length gown and silk rose cor-
sage.
A reception following the cere-
mony was held at the Southland
Baptist Church fellowship hall. The
room featured a groom's table and
bouquet centerpiece.
Holly Dittman and Julie
Bramhall assisted at the punch bowl
and coffee service. Mindy Selvera
and Kathy Patterson served cake.
DustiWil moth was seated at the guest
register.
The bride is a 1987 graduate of
MacArthur High School in Irving
and a 1990 graduate of Angelo State
University. She is employed as the
assistant manager of Smart Size
Fashion Store in San Angelo. The
bridegroom is a 1984 graduate of
Crowley High School and a 1989
graduate of Angelo State University.
He is currently a graduate student at
ASU. The couple will live in San
Angelo.

Burleson's Holly Graves
takes Senior Miss Fort
Worth '91 pageant title
Holly Graves of Burleson was
crowned Senior Miss Fort Worth,
1991. She also received awards for
the talent competition, most photo-
genic, and best interview. First run-
ner-up was Lori Williams of Joshua;
second runner-up was Misty Stewart
of Crowley.
In August Holly won the Miss
Teen North Texas title, where she
also won the talent competition. In
July, she will compete in the Miss
Teen Texas Pageant representing the
North Texas area. Last year Holly
competed as Miss Teen LakeTexoma,
placing 23rd out of 75 contestants.
The Miss Teen Texas Pageant is
held in conjunction with the Miss
Texas Pageant. Holly is the daughter
of Robot and Carrie Pribble and
granddaughter of Foy and Virdie
Dunaway of Burleson. She is ajunior
at Burleson HigB Schodl.

For a fundraiser the Miss North
Texas Scholarship Foundation will
hold a mother/daughter, Mrs. and Ms.
pageant on Feb. 24 at the Cleburne
Civic Center. Winners will receive
crowns, trophies, and other prizes.
Swimsuit, talent, and photogenic
competitions are optional. For more

BHS Show Choir chili supper
The Burleson High School Show Choir will host a chili supper this
Friday, Feb. 1, ftom5:30-8:30p.m. in the varsity gym foyer. Thesupperwill
be served during the basketball games (Burleson vs. Mansfield). You can eat
all of the chili you want for $3. Homemade pie will be sold for $1 per slice.
Tourette Syndome topic
The community is invited by the
Special Education Parent Network
to a meeting on Thursday, Jan. 31,
from 6:30-9 p.m. at Buries on Special

Mr. and Mrs. Johnny N. Luttrell of Burleson announce the engagement
and approaching marriage of their daughter, Jennifer Diane Blalack, to
Kevin Robert Miller of Stillwater, Minn., the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ron
Johnson of White Bear Lake, Mina. The wedding is planned for 6 p.m.
on April 6, at Grace Lutheran Church of Fort Worth. The bride-elect is
s 1988 graduate of Mansfield High School and attends Lakewood Com-
munity College in Stillwater, Mina. She is employed with Lakeview
Memorial Hospital of Stillwater. Her fiance is a 1984 graduate of
Stillwater High School, a 1985 graduate of North Easters Metro Tech-
nical Instititue of White Bear Lake, and is employed with Lakeview Me-
morial Hospital as a paramedic.

Arlene Neubauer of Fort Worth and K.C, Neubauer of Burleson are
proud to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their
daughter, Shanda Diane Neubauer, to David John Scott, the son of Mr.
and Mrs. Philip H. Scott Sr. of Keller. The wedding is planned for 7p.m.
on Feb. 16 in the First Baptist Church of Burleson. The bride-elect is a
Burleson High School graduate and is employed with Progressive Con-
cepts Inc. Her fiance is a Keller High School graduate and is employed
as a Fort Worth police officer.
