had the opportunity to observe and talk with both on many occasions and I do not hesi-
tate to say that 1 wholeheartedly support and endorse Bert L. Huebner.”

early while still being paid to

done for 20 years, hence “a 20

in our election laws being held
unconstitutional by the highest
court in the land.
