where he has spent some four-
teen year* in the interest of
improving conditions of an ag-
ricultural nature was a viator
to Joaquin Saturday. Whole
here Mr. Day delivered an in-
teresting address describing
his activities while in that
country, and results obtained
in an agricultural way.
