ter containers several times

dampness and accumulation of
coccidia at one place.
If chicks are to be turned
out of the brooder house early,
they should be provided with
a large, well,drained aTea cov-
ered with plenty of good green
grass. Such a range will en-
courage them to scatter and
eat grass. Remember, too,
that sunlight is effective in de-
stroying coccidia and other
organisms.
■In case of outbreak, move
the birds to a clean house
which should be kept clean.
Give them a milk or molasses
flush and take them off grain.
If it is not possible to move
them, then dry clean the house
daily for one week. Confine
and keep them comfortable,
removing the worst infected
ones.

Tito Says Germans
Start Second Offensive
To Take Jajce
London, April 10. (UP)—
Powerful German armored
forces, beaten back in then-
latest attempt to capture
Jajce, headquarters of Mar-
shal Josip Broz (Tito) have
launched a second offensive,
correlated with a diversionary
attack from Banja Luka to
the north, a Yugoslav partisan
headquarters communique re-
ported today.
Simultaneously the Ger-
mans were revealed to have
launched a new offensive from
Otocac, northeast of Zara,
against liberated territory in
Lika province. After five days
of fighting in which Tito’s
unita were under attack both
by land and from the air, the
partisans staged a counter-of-
fensive driving the Nazi le-
gendary regiment of the S92nd
division and eatellite Ustashi
troops back to their starting
point, the communique said.
Spitfires of the Mediterrane-
an Allied air force struck at
shipping off the Dalmatian
coast yesterday and destroyed
a barge at Zara, an Allied
communique reported.
