out in the lake some

If elected on April 6.
I will do my very best
to serve in the best
interest of our child-
ren and olso for the
school.

We had real good church
services. Had a lot of
visitors. Hr. and Mrs.
Hawkins from Dallas
are spending a few days
with David and Eva Lew-

ers that Sheryl Graves
rode all the way out
there to pin on his
coat. The "Young Home-
makers" were saluting
all the ministers of
our churches.
Steve Harwell from Ala-
ska wiLl be making his
home here on the lake
with his Dad, O.B. Har-
well. O.B. is so proud
to have him here.
Visited Lloyd and Lela
a little while. Lela is
always busy visiting,
helping their friends
while Lloyd fishes.
Just saw Annie Smith.
She's on her way to

looks so much like him.

Janis has gone to see
Dr. Flaming Bale with
Lil Doug. Do hope
there's not anything
wrong.
April 6 is election day
for City of Timpson.
Also our Fish Fry and
cake sale. My cake sale
couldn't be much of a
sale if it wasn't for
good worker's, Mary
Brown, Cal lie B.,Druan
Ballard. Rachel McWil-
liams, Mrs. Crawford,
Melba Lake, Ombie Webb,
Mrs. Hughes, Ruth Stil-
ley, Ruth Tyson, and
lots others. Cakes,
donations and help
was given to me.
All donations are tax
deductable as our Timp-
son Ambulance is chari-
.table organization. The
volunteer's with this
Ambulance have put in a
lot of hours and time,
but they have been
backed and helped by
you the people of Tim-
pson.Thanks all of you.
Mother and I visited a
short time at the home
of James and Barbara
Bogue, honoring Tal-
madge and Eva Young.
56 years of marriage,
sure was a lot of
friends drop by.Every-
one looked so nice and
pretty out there. T.J.
and Eva sure enjoyed it
and looked so happy
sitting side by side.
It's such ^.blessing to
be able to stay togeth-
er 56 years.
Horace Wayne is busy on
the muffler rack, and
Roy is hungry, so bye

Student of the Week
inis weeirs students ot the week were taken
from Mrs. Williams' fifth grade class. They are:
Stacey Pledger who is participating in U-I-L-
number sense, Penny Ramsey who is also partici-
pating in U.I.L. number sense, and Carrie Oenard
Mk> is participating in U.I.L. spelling. Stacey
is the son of Sherry and Joe Pledger, Penny is
the daughter of Yvonne and Glenn Ramsey, and
Carrie is the daughter of Joann and Odell Wig-
gins. These three students nave been on the
honor all year.
