answer a petition filed in said Court,
on the 9th day of October A. D. 1929,
in a suit on the docket of, said Court
No. 2770, wherein W. B. Moss, Otllla
Rogers, formerly Otllla Moss and
Zella Moss are plaintiffs and the un-
known heirs, successors or legal re-
presentatives of R. H. Downman, de-1
ceased, are defendants. The nature of
the plaintiffs demands being as fol-
lows, to-wit:
