2 c cut-up okra (about I

1/5 c margarine or butter
2 Tbsp butler or margarine
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 Tbsp sugar
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Cut corn from cobs (about 4
cups) Cook and stir okra in 1/5 cup
margarine in 12-inch skillet over
medium heat until tender, about 7
minutes Add corn and 2 tablespoons
margarine Cook uncovered until ten-
der. 10 to 12 minutes
Stir in remaining ingredients Cook
uncovered until tomatoes are hot
(about 5 minutes)
*2-10 oz cans whole-kernel corn,
drained, can hi1 substituted for fresh
corn

substituted for fresh okra Rinse
under running cold water to separate,
cut crosswise into slices, cook as
directed above

sandwiches with meat and cheese in a
casserole dish Drizzle hiitler mixture
over lop of sandwiches hake at 550
degrees for 20 minutes

2 c yellow squash
1 c chopped onion

1/2 c cracker crumbs
1/2 c. grated clteddar cheese
I c. mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
Look squash, onion, salt and pep-
per until done Mash Heat eggs Add
other ingredients Pour in greased
casserole dish Add grated cheese on
top Hake at 500 degrees for 40 to 40
minutes
