SECOND COMING OF SAM CUEMENS- Cross Timbers
Fine Arts Council will present “An Evening with Mark
Twain” Tuesday, Feb. 1 at City Hall at City Limits In
Stephenville from 7 p.m.- 9 p.m. The cost for admittance
will be $15 at the door and includes wine, cheese and
entertainment. Kurt Sutton will be performing as Twain,
giving guests the full experience of his personality,
story-telling and even musical prowess.
RISING TO THE OCCASION- The Eagle Scouts continued
work on the Little Church on Grafton on. Saturday as
scouts and assistants scraped the outside and prepped
it for painting. The youth are working fast and furious
to dean up the exterior for Terrell Shaw’s project since
the deadline is in early February.
