bined squads yt the freshmen and

NCAA rules.
This is the first time that the
all-star game has been held on a
Friday night, "Even though the
previous games have been well-at-
tended," stated Coach Walter
l„nngston. "it is hoped that this
game will attract the largest crowd
in its history." This change was
made in order to make it more con-
venient for students and their
dales, as well as faculty and t'ami-
ly. to attend this all-school affair.
"Even, though the Ovshiueiv mn-
toi"squad is rated a slight favorite,
because of the size of the line and
the speed of the back field, the com-
bined sophomore-senior s q u a d
should have a tight pass defense,"
continued Coach Langston.
Half-time activities iyill include
the crowning of the 1 sW TWO In-
tramural Football Queen. The nom-
inees were selected by the tootball
teams and will be voted on by the
student , body at large Thursday
and Friday They are Dis\ne Con-
rad. freshman; Elaine Hunt..sopho-
more; Sherry Mabery. junior; and
RUa Sharp, senior.
Cheering s<vtions will be .or-
ganised for the freshmen-junior
team by freshman cheerleaders
Susan What ley and for the sopho-
more-sensor team by sophomore
cheerleader Polly Pollan. Members
of the TWC hand will be present
to provide game atmosphere.
