Baptist Church To
Hold Fish Fry
Wednesday Night
The First Baptist Church will
have a fish fry Wednesday at
6:15 p. m. on the church pro-
perty directly behind the
church.
This is a family affair and
fish and all the trimmings will
be served by the church. There
will be recreation, fellowship
and a short devotional period.
Rev. R. E. Barclay, pastbr,
said all members of the church,
their families and friends are
invited.

the Future Homemakers of

nomic Department of Waldo

All Soul’s Catholic Ladies
Club met for their regular
monthly meeting in the rectory
Wednesday morning, after be-
ing disbanded for the summer.
Fourteen members were pres-
ent.
Mrs. I H. Schuler presided.
Minutes were read and a treas-
urer’s report was given.
A rummage sale and social
was discussed. The club voted
to change the meeting dote
from the second Wednesday of
each month to the first Tues-
day of each month at 9:30 a. m.

The Christian Women’s Fel-
lowship of the Silsbee First
Christian Church met Wednes-
day morning at the home of
Mrs. Jamie Morain, located at
Camp Wildurr.
Mrs Jackie Plaunty led the
study on the theme “Science
Hindis No God Out There.”
