in attending resident Girl Scout camp

Four arrested'
in burglaries
Three men and a juvenile have
been charged by sheriffs deputies in
connection with' two recent
burglaries.
Those arrestejd include Billy
Baxley, 17; his brother, James
Baxley, 21; Leslie Rayburn, 17; and a
juvenile. They are charged with the
burglaries of Shady Oaks Grocery on
State Highway 154 South and a
residence in the county. Sheriff C.W.
Grayson said. —
According to Game Warden Frank
Ricketson, he arrested Billy Baxley
at Lake Sulphur Springs on a charge
of illegally snagging fish.
Authorities said further in-
vestigation revealed that Baxley, his
brother, Rayburn and the juvenile
were responsible for the two
burglaries. They said items found in
Baxley's car w?re from those
burglaries.
Billy Baxley and Rayburn were
charged by deputies with two counts
of -residential burglary, with bonds
set at $2,000 for each count, and one
count of burglary of a bujiBing, with
bond set at $3,000. Jamdsfiaxley was
charged with one count each, of
residential burglary and burglary of
a building, with bond set at $2,000 and
$3,000, respectively.
