Sulphur Springs.
Mr. Mills died Tuesday, April 2, at
his residence.
He was bom Aug. 2, 1912, in Hop-
kins County, the son of Joe W. and
Dixie Flippin Mills.
Mr. Mills was a retired self-
employed welder.
Survivors include his wife. Myrtle
Mills of Mount Pleasant; a son, Joe
Mills Jr. of Sulphur Springs; a daugh-
ter, Elizabeth Griffith of Mount Pleas-
ant; five grandchildren; and four
great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his
first wife, Muriel Mitchell Mills, a
brother and two sisters.

Obrajuelo, Gto, Mexico, the son of
Fransico and Antonia Villegas Her-
nandez. He married Felipa Sanchez in
1981, at Obrajuelo, Gto, Mexico. She
survives.
Mr. Hernandez was a construction
worker. He was a Catholic.
