Neal Anderson. Members of

Springs State Bank commu-

A meeting was held by the
Sulphur Springs Odd Fellows
and the Rebekah lodges Mon-
day night, July 11 for a joint
installation of officers at the
Lodge Hall on Gonnally Street.

double-r i n g wedding cere-
mony, Saturday, July 9, unit-
ing Miss Cynthia Renee Hay-
good and Charles David Cof-
fey in marriage. The Rev.
A. Donald Davies, bishop of
the Diocese of Dallas, heard
the couple’s vows.
Parents of the bride are
Mr. and Mrs. Clyde A. Hay-
good of Route 5, Sulphur
Springs. Tbe bridegroom is
the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wil-
liam B. Coffey of 618 Houston
Street, Sulphur Springs.
Given in marriage by her
father, tbe bride was attired
in a formal white jersey knit
gown with scalloped lace neck-
line, softly gathered skirt that
formed a long flowing chapel-
train. Appliqued lace flowers
enhanced .the neckline, the
front of the bodice and the
long bishop sleeves of the
iovely gown. Accenting her
gown, the bride wore a medi-
um length two-tiered veil of
bridal illusion.
She carried a cascade ar-
angement of yellow, orange
and apricot roses, accented
with morning glories with long
flowing lace and satin stream-
ers.
Attending tbe bride as ma-
tron of honor was Mrs. Bren-
aa Roggins and Mrs. Laura
Garrett was bridesmaid. Both
are of Sulphur Springs. They
wore floor-length mint green
with orange print chiffon
gowns, featuring scooped
necklines. Each carried long
stemmed morning glories and
murcicuss in yellow and
(range.
The bridegroom was attend-
ed by Sgt. George D. Coffey
of New Hampton, Va. and
Richard Coffey of Arlington
was groomsman. Ushers were
Ronald Haygood and Matt
Coffey, both of Sulphui
Springs.
Traditional wedding music
was presented by Mrs. Ran-
dall Kerr of Commerce.
