OBITUARY.
-j)eparled this life on the 5th of January at abjut 5 o'clock
in ihe evening Mr. ROBERT WALKER aged 48 years.
. Mr. Walker was a native ot Tennessee and for many years re-
bided in Shelby viile where he was familiarly known lie em-
igrated to this country in the year 1S37-and has since then
been a constant resident among us. Mr. Walker had .icqujied
. the. esteem of his teUow-citizeiis ami died regretted by ail who
knew him. His funeral was attended by the .Masonic Frater-
nity of which honorable brotherhood he was a member.
Mary S Brown daughter of Robert and Elizabeth Brown
and consort of Samuel T. Ross was born on the 29ih of Au
gtit. A-D 1821 and died on the 28th f jSqi ember. A. D.
1841 aged 20 year.-. 2 months and 29 days.
Elizabeth Brown consort of Uobert Brown died on ihe 53 li
