called the Traffic Light Sycroniza-
tion Program (TLS) utilizes over-
charge money, which is basically
monies accumulated through
gasoline tax administered through
the governor’s office.
Bicklcy presently is responsible
for another five projects such as
this one: two in Nacogdoches, two
in Lufkin and one at Diboll. The
overall cost of all these projects is
approximately $1.2 million.
CHANGES MADE — New turn lanes and protected-turn lights have made major changes in
traffic flow along U.S. 190 in Livingston.
