THOUGHT
FOR T0DRY
By: Cochran Funeral Staff
There con Be no substitute for
the age-oldcommonplace quad-
ties of truth, justice, courage,
thrift, industry, common sense
and sympathy unth the feel-
ings of others...’
Theodore 'Rposevelt
The world has changed con-
siderably since Roosevelt ut-
tered those words. Changing
technology, particularly, has
altered our way of life, our
moral codes, and even the "size"
of the world.
Yet, through trial and fail-
ure, people are still learning
that there are no substitutes for
these basic qualities. These
virtues built our present world,
and can build an even better
one, if well only give them the
chance.
When our help is requested,
we provide it with promptness
and dignity, as well as the de-
pendableness, that every fam-
ily deserves.
