THE HOME BAKERY
TO HELP CHURCH
The Homo Bakery has inaugurated a scheme to help church organi-
zations by placing coupons with 1-3 cent in each bread loaf wrapping,
which they will redeem in cash from any church society. This will
enable church societies to raise funds without extra cost simply by
saving up these coupons, and you will he encouraging a home insti-
tution by patronizing them. They say; “Spend your money at
home where it will do the most good.”

KILGORE NEGRO DROWNED
IN TRYING TO RESCUE MULE
Longview, Texas, May 15.—Re-
ports from Kilgore Thursday said

MR. NEIL KINARD
“For quite some time I was trou-
bled with my stomach,” said Mr. Neil
Kinard, 2101 Polk Street, Amarillo.
“I bloated after meals and my appe-
tite was gi’owing less. These gas
pains caused me to become extreme-
ly nervous and I w'as losing weight
and becoming badly run down. My
liver was sluggish and my blood was
in very bad condition. I tried sev-
eral kinds of medicine over the period
1 of my illness but I could get no re-
i lief from any of them. A friend of
mine suggested Konjola.
“From the first few doses I knew
this medicine was helping, me. My
appetite increased and I began to eat
heartily without the after affects of
gas. My constipation was relieved
and my nerves were growing stead-
ier. I slept much better and was
hemming rid of that tired / nl worn
out feeling in the morning. As I con-
tinued the treatment I began to gain

in weight as my entire system be-
came toned up. I can truly say that
I think Konjola is a wonderful medi-
cine.”
Konjola is designed to give quick,
thorough and lasting relief. Like
any worth-while medicine, Konjola
should be taken over a period of
from six to eight weeks. When so
taken, the results will amaze you as
they have thousands of men and wo-
men.
Konjola is sold in Mt. Pleasant at
Swint Bros. Drug Store, and by all
the best druggists in all towns thru-
out this entire section.

The Delphian ladies make wonderful
hostesses and they did themselves
proud on this occasion. This benefit
was for the purpose of beautifying
the school and court house grounds,
a very worthy cause, and the ladies
realized a nice sum from it. Mrs. 0.
L. Crigler won high score prize for
bridge and Mrs. J. M. Badt low. Mrs.
Etta Roper won high for 42 and Mrs.
Long low. A delicious ice course was
served at the close of the games.
