On Saturday, November 14th, my new Sandwich
Shop and Confectionery is open for business in the
Phillips building, next floor to the Main Hotel, formerly oc-
cupied by the Light Office.
I invite the public to call and inspect my new busi-
ness, andn will apprecitte all business that is given me.
I will have the bste Sandwiches, Chili, Ham and
Eggs, etc., and will also serve cold drinks and keep a good
supply of confectioneries.

sur. Abst. 358 containing 2 3-4 acres
of land assessed to V. A. Langston
estate, for the year 1923 and being
the same land that is described in a
deed shown of record in Vol. 19, page
487 bought of J. M. Stephenson, deed
records of Titus County, Texas, and
another tract described in a deed
from C. S. Hukill to V. A. Langston
shown of record in Vol. 19, page 488,
deed records of Titus County, Texas,
to both, reference is hereto made,
and made a part hereof, which said
land is delinquent for taxes for the
following amounts $1.88 for State
Taxes, and $6.25 for County taxis,
and you are hereby notified that suit,
has been brought by the State of
Texas for the collection of said Tax-
es, and you are commanded to ap-
pear and defend such suit at the
January term, A. D. 1926, of the Dis-
trict Court of Titus County, and State

House in the Town of Mt. Pleasanc,
Texas, on the 4th day of January, A.
