The Pxcino Railroad Every bill ever
introduced into Congress for tho construc-

fiercest and moat unrelenting opposition
except that introduced by Senator U'iufall
In framing the bill ho has done so in a man

and it is now rendered pretty certain that it
will pAKa both Houses nf Congress hy n eon-

tto this enterprise has heretofore como fiom
' the Southern States but now thoy are fa
voring it with even moro unanimity than the
North. This results not from any change of
opinion upon tho matter of Internal Im-
provements by the General Government but
from the peculiar features of tho bill. The
Legislatures of Tennessee Mississippi and
Kentucky havo passed resolution; unani-
mously approving ScnatorWtgfulIYblll and
requesting their Senators nnd Representa-

to make it a law. Tha pooplo of Missouri
