SHS's 'Golden Boy

The Golden Boy is golden, in-
deed. The Seminole One Act Play
Department, directed by Josh Har-
riman, has made the trek to Austin,

they come home with gold- in hand.
The cast and crew of “Golden Boy”
have done many performances,
and earned many accolades, this
play season.
The state championship, has been
the goal, and is well deserved by
this group of talented Indians and

number of individual awards were
earned, at the state competition.
Jadon Hatley won both Best Actor
and the Samuel French Award.

More than 220 3-AAA schools
entered the One Act competition in
January, through a string of competi-
tions, that number has now been
narrowed down to one. Countless
hours of rehearsal, make-up and
memorization have all built up, to
naming Seminole High School
One Act Play, the best in the state
of Texas.
The State Champion cast and
crew, are as follows:
Jadon Hatley- Joe “Golden Boy”

Blayne Childers- Tom Moody
