children age 7 12. The classes will be
held at the Clifton High School Home
Economics Department and is free at
charge.
The first session, for 7,8, and 9 year
olds, will be held July 16-17, from 8:30
until 11:30 am.
The second eeasion, for 10,11, and
12 year olds, will be held July 23-24,
also from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Classes are limited to the first 20
children who register for each session.

Child Weifore Board ia in need of four
member replacements from the areas
of Clifton, Iredell, Meridian, and Wal-
nut Springs
This board meets monthly with
Boeque County caseworkers to review
their work and aaaeaa needs.
Anyone interested in serving on the
board ia asked to contact Dean Evans,
acting president, at the Courthouse
Annex, P.O. Box 566, Meridian 76666,

Names of volunteers will be submit-
ted to the Commissioners' Court for
appointment.
Members of the board point out that
needs of Boeque County children ex-
ist not only at Christmastime, but all
year. The board’* present funds to
meet these needs are greatly
diminished. Persons wanting to give
a donation, or memorial, can send it
to Dean Evans at the aforementioned
addrese. Checks should be made out
to the Boeque County Child Welfare
