Continued From Pag* On*
675-3150.
• Home Economics — Gladys
Am at 675-3717.
• Cash Bake Sale —
Brandenberger at 675-3410.
The fair is open to exhibitors
from an eight-county area which in-
cludes: Bosque, Somervell,
Hamilton, Erath, Hill, McLennan,
Coryell, and Johnson counties.
All qualified 4-H and FFA mem-
bers are eligible for the livestock
show. The home economics show
is is open to anyone in these coun-
ties, beginning with the children’s
division, ages 5 to 8, the youth divi-
sion, ages 8 through graduating se-
niors, and an open division for
adults.
Entry deadline for all is July 1.
The 1998 fair, under the leader-
ship of Fair President Lloyd
Hampe, will again feature quality
livestock exhibits, the exhibitor’s
breakfast and fair parade on July
24, a first-class carnival, and the op-
portunity to once again indulge in
the “fabulous” Lindley-Seljos ham-
burgers. (If they haven’t served one
million, it certainly seems like it!)
Work nights are also being held
every Tuesday and Thursday at the
fairgrounds beginning at 6 p.m. Vol-
unteers are also encouraged to
“pitch in and help” at other times.
