^ j ] tnin models on television recently
I heard an interesting concept for
controlling holiday bingeing and
holiday gain.
One model told the announcer
that she always used the 1-2-3
method before and after visiting a
large party or buffet.
One (1) is the day of the party or
the special event eat whatever you
like and be sensible about the

(3) cut everything in half you eat-
cut calories, cut portions and only
drink water. That’s two days or the
next six meals cut in half. Surpris-
ingly, you will not gain from the
day one’s (1) indulging of whatever
you wanted. This very thin model
stated this method always worked
for her and her friends.
I’ve heard this before but it’s hard
to imagine eating everything you
want at a Christmas party and then
for two days cutting everything in
half and drinking only water
I think I’ll try it—1 have two par-
ties coming up this weekend and 1
have to decide which one I will eat
everything 1 want and which one I
will only eat half portions of what I
want......Maybe it will work???
We’ll see !!!! Let me know if it
works for you.

The store was established in 1847
in San Felipe de Austin, Texas.
The building was constructed by
John Crutcher and was in continuos

Crutcher sold the store and mer-
chandise in 1854 to Z.W. Mat-

The store passed through several

it in 1867. Dr. Josey remained in

death in 1942. The building was
