OLD CEMETERY — The Polk County Garden Club for years has accepted responsibi
keeping the Old City Cemetery in Livingston attractively landscaped and maintained
azaleas along one of the walks is a result of their efforts. At this time of year, grass is
mowed until the appearance and disappearance of yearly wildflowers.
CLEAN PARK — The John West family of Livingston last year took on the city park as their
pet project for combatting litter. The playground shown here is only one small part of the park
area.
