Last Friday afternoon Ralph
Helm was “putting on a show”
with his automobile b.y trying to
pull out of the gutter by the
Corner Dryg Store in high gear;
and in so doing the engine got
very hot and boiled the water in
the radiator and he thoughtless
ly removed the screw top letting
the boiling water and steam
come gushing out in his face
which caused pretty severe
burns about the face and head.
He went into the drug store and
had had bis wounds treated and
bandaged and has been out and
