day of April 1538 there will be sold to the highest
and last bidder in front of the door of the Tavern
decupled by Cook and Depew in the town of Mat-
agorda in said count' the following described pro-
perty belonging to the succession of Henry Scrugge
deceased: One Tract of nine hundred and sixty
acres of Bounty Land; also one othcrtractof three
hundred yind twenty acres of Bounty Land which
was purchased by said deceased. Terms of sale
oue half cash the balance payable in six months
the purchaser giving bond with security to the satis-
faction of said Judge.
