EAGLE BASKETBALL SIGNING

Crowley Eagles senior point guard Byron Cooke will be flashing his moves for Missouri Valley College in
Marshall, Missouri this fall. Cooke signed his National Letter of Intent last week to become a MVC Viking.
Cooke, pictured right front, had help celebrating as brother Brandon, front left, a sophomore on the CHS

CHS senior Lindsey Huff signed her National Letter of Intent to play golf at Huntington College in Alabama.
A four-year varsity player, Hunt placed second overall in district this season, where the Lady Eagles won
the team competition in both 2013 and 2014. Huff, said coach Jennifer Foster-Jacocks, shot her personal
best round of 78 at regionals this year. She is pictured with her parents Russell and Rene (sitting). Standing
are CHS assistant golf coach Nolan Hodges and Foster-Jacocks.

Eagles named
All-District
Eight members of the
Crowley Eagles boys soccer
team have earned District
16-4A honors for the 2014
season.
Sophomore Austin Beck
was named Most Valuable
Utility player, along with Dan-
iel Moore, a senior at Man-
sfield legacy. Newcomer of
the Year honors were given
to sophomore Ethan Alcaraz,
who shared the title with Jesus
Retena of Mansfield Summit.
Being honored with First
Team distinction, were mid-
fielder Matthew Santos and
defensemen Stephen Gon-
zalez and Zach Oerringer.
Second Team honors were
given to Defenseman Koli Mc-
Cullough and Forwards Angel
Villegas and Ricardo Castillo.
