DEAR MR. EDITOR
This letter concerns H. O. Niemeyer, your Represen-
tative to the Texo legislature, whom I have known
ind wc - ed w in in the Mouse of Representatives
for the past several years.
It was my pleas re and privilege to be a mem-
ber of the Contingent Expense Committee in the
58th session of gislature with Mr. Niemeyer
as Vice Chairman. His sincere attention to legisla-
tive matters Ha, preven to be far above that gen-
erally shown by most members.
The Interim-Committee on Saving Taxes, of which
I am Vice Chairman, recently commended Rep-
resentative Niemeyer for having saved thousands
of dollars in ’contingent expenses to the taxpayers
of Texas. This octbMplishmeht' in Mr. Niemeyer’s
numerous committees is directly attributed to his
conscientious efforts.
I sincerely hope that the people of the District re-
elect this man whose qualities of ability, integrity
and responsibility are assets to his district as well
as the State of Texas.
I '
Very truly yours,
JOHN E. BLAINE
